We welcome all new students to our school. You will find that regular practice of Iyengar yoga relaxes, energizes and brings vitality, flexibility and strength. It also improves concentration, self confidence and mental calm.

If you have some yoga experience try our Welcome Pass: some yoga experience: – $30 for unlimited classes (all levels) over a consecutive 7 day period.

If you are brand new to yoga, try our Welcome Pass: no yoga experience: – $30 for unlimited Level 1/2 Foundation/General classes over a consecutive 7 day period. 


Beginners Introductory Class Pass

Beginners new to yoga can purchase a once only Beginners Introductory Single Class Pass or Beginners Introductory 5 Class Pass. These passes allow you to attend any of the following classes:
>> Saturday 9.45-11.00am (L1/2:Foundation/General)
>> Tuesday 10-11.15am (L1/2:Foundation/General)
>> Tuesday 5.45-7.00pm (L1/2:Foundation/General)
>> Wednesday 12.30-1.30pm (L1/2:Foundation/General)
>> Thursday 10-11.15am (L1/2:Foundation/General)
>> Friday, 10.00-11.15am ((L1/2: Slow and Gentle)

Cost of Beginners Introductory Single class pass: $15. Buy here

Cost of Beginners Introductory 5 Class Pass: $100. Pass expires in 6 weeks.


Foundation Courses for Beginners

Throughout the year we run Foundation courses where beginners can learn the basics of Iyengar yoga in a systematic way, with a steady group and teacher. These courses are also good for existing students who want to revisit the foundations, or returning after a break.
The next Foundation courses start on:

Please book and pay online at least 30 minutes before the advertised class start time. Last minute booking is possible but some classes are quite full so you may not get a place. All bookings must be paid for online. We do not take payment in the studio.

Please fill out our online Health Status form before your first class. The link is hereIf you are not comfortable putting your health details onto our online system please fill in the paper based form that is available in the studio.

Doors open 15 minutes before advertised class start time. Please do not arrive earlier than this as teachers need the space and time before the class starts to complete their own practice.

We provide mats and all props, but you can bring your own mat if you prefer.

Come dressed in a loose fitting tee shirt and stretchy shorts or tights. Leave your shoes outside the studio door.

We care about your safety

We have a spacious warehouse studio with good ventilation and high 3m ceilings. Class sizes are limited to ensure plenty of space per student.

If you would like additional safeguards, such as further space between yourself and others during class, or preferring not to be adjusted during class, please approach your teacher personally.

Please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms.

We provide yoga mats for you, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.

Cleaning products and swipes are provided for students to the clean studio mats and wooden props after each class.

Hand sanitiser is available in the studio.
